Your data security is our top priority. We do not share your data with any third-party applications. Each client is provided with their own dedicated database and site, ensuring that your data is isolated and protected. This architecture enhances security by preventing any unauthorized access or data crossover between clients, giving you peace of mind about the confidentiality and integrity of your information.

You retain full ownership of your data. If you decide to cancel the service, you have the option to export all your documents and information before cancellation. Upon your request, we will securely delete all your data from our servers. We do not retain or share your data after cancellation, ensuring that your information remains confidential and secure.

For cloud installations, no special hardware or software is needed on your end—it will be set up seamlessly and accessed through your web browser. If you opt for an on-site (local) installation, there are specific requirements for system configuration, hardware, RAM, and storage space to ensure optimal performance. Our team will provide the necessary details to meet these requirements.

During onboarding, you'll receive:

 Yes, SmartDCM offers mobile applications for Android devices. These apps allow you to manage debt collection tasks, track field visits, access important information, and stay connected with your team anytime, anywhere.

It generates various reports, including Flow, Vintage, Day-specific, Agent performance, and Field Operations Staff (FOS) reports, offering insights into portfolio performance and staff contributions.

Field visits are monitored through the Field Work module, which tracks FOS activities, visit completion rates, and travel logs with real-time Google Maps updates. Agents can upload images and update visit statuses to document interactions.


SmartDCM allows users to access all call recordings, starting from when the phone is ringing, and it offers the ability to customize the recording file names. Furthermore, these recordings can be easily organized and searched for efficient retrieval.
